Community Manager Intern

Why This Internship is a Game-Changer

As a No Divide KC intern, you’ll also receive:

  • Access to our studio at Zhou B, giving you space to create and collaborate.

  • The chance to host workshops & small events, gaining hands-on experience in arts programming.

  • Networking with a diverse, like-minded creative community, opening doors to future collaborations and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement engaging strategies to expand our community across social media and in-person events.

  • Manage and curate content for No Divide KC’s social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our mission.

  • Collaborate with local artists and organizations to promote events that highlight underrepresented voices.

  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to inform future initiatives.

Who You Are:

✔ Passionate about social justice, the arts, and community engagement.
✔ Experienced (or eager to learn) in social media management, marketing, or community organizing.
✔ A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, creative spaces.
✔ Organized, proactive, and excited to make a real impact in the arts community.

Compensation: Paid Internship | $500 per season
Season Duration: Now – November 15th (renewal opportunity for March–November 2025)
