Art Spark

Art Spark

No Divide KC is launching 'Art Spark', a community-based arts education program to provide Kansas City-area youth with high-quality programming that presents visual, literary and/or performing arts as an avenue for creative self-expression and emotional well-being.

We are reaching out to visual, performing, and literary artists, as well as arts and music therapy practitioners in the community to develop and facilitate innovative programming.

Selected artists will be paid $100/workshop for their program facilitation services.

Musical Explorations

1st + 3rd Mondays of the month

5:00-6:00PM

These are performing arts-based mutual support sessions dedicated to exploring and encouraging personal identity through music. In each session, the group will participate in a discussion focusing on issues of identity followed by musical exploration in the Synergy Services Music Studio. The performing arts are a powerful tool to share stories, listen to others and help each other work through difficult life problems. This session is for all teens and no music experience is necessary.
